Held on a peaceful Sunday evening, this Soulhearth Sound Bath Meditation is designed to help you slow down, release the weight of the past week, and gently reset your energy before stepping into a new one. Together, we will explore abundance not simply as financial prosperity, but as a state of being that welcomes love, joy, wellbeing, opportunities, creativity, and flow into every area of life.
The evening will begin with a guided intention-setting practice and self chakra-clearing meditation, allowing you to tune into each energy centre, release energetic blockages, and create space for what you are ready to receive. You will be invited to reflect on what abundance means to you and hold that intention in your heart throughout the experience.
