All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.
2. Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or Sendle, depending on your location.
Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: Where available, typically 1–3 business days after dispatch for an additional cost.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and postal conditions.
3. International Shipping
At this stage, Soulhearth only ships within Australia.
4. Shipping Delays
While we aim to have your order delivered promptly, occasional delays may occur due to public holidays, extreme weather, high-demand periods or postal disruptions.
We appreciate your patience and understanding should unexpected delays arise.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your details before your order is dispatched.

We take care when packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely.
If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
